TopoSat® was founded in 1990 by Bertrand Boullard, a surveying engineer who graduated from the French "grande école" ETP, as a company providing services focused on the use of GPS techniques. Thanks to its lean organization, TopoSat® can react quickly and with flexibility to any request within its field of competence. Should it become necessary to mobilize material or personnel, TopoSat® can appeal to its informal network of partners in France as well as in other countries. Surveying and GIS Our activities are oriented primarily to surveying and stake out services with GPS for civil engineering or utility companies, registered surveyors, topographers, photogrammetrists, administrations or public services. In this business, TopoSat® is one of the most experienced companies in France, looking back at almost 20 years of practice. Surveying engineering Surveying is our core business. We know the techniques, whether new or old, their possibilities and limitations, the installation times and cost prices. TopoSat® provides its experience to contractors who need to tackle surveying but do not really feel confident about it. Training courses TopoSat® is a registered training organization at the regional control agency for vocational training of Ile de France. Upon request, it organizes training courses within the legal frame governing continuing vocational training. Assistance in the integration of systems GPS is a versatile positioning means for various applications (transportation, managing natural environments, maintaining underground networks, geographic information systems, etc.). To new users, TopoSat® is a well-informed partner guiding them in all choices (natural or differential mode, code or carrier-phase correction, real time or post-processing). TopoSat® takes part in integrating captured data into the information chain.
